@Finkster , @chiverus , @trail and arrow , @Bluegrass - Thanks!!! It's sort of taken over as a hobby at the moment… @BrownIcon - Mine are fully lined, so I'd think the stretch potential is pretty low. They do soften up, though. The "Waxed Flesh" leather is just waxed chromexcel roughout, I think, which is known for being stretchy. I think it's the lining that's going to prevent a lot of stretch.

^Mine are fully lined, as well. The only difference is, aside from the last [ie, nailed down + "mountain last", as per Brett], the shafts are smooth side out. Yeah, I could get in w/ medium weight socks. 'Banking on the fact that the waxed flesh will behave like regular CXL to give me that extra pliancy for a more comfy wear ,  post break in … otherwise, they'd be on the 'bay ,  post break in … otherwise, they'd be on the 'bay

@BrownIcon - If they don't stretch enough on their own, you could always have a cobbler stretch them a little. Have any pictures of yours?

Very nice collection. Btw, how's the [[b]stretch potential] on the derby leather? Mine are still new & stiff, right now__ length is good, just hoping to stretch the vamp a bit, as they soften up from wear.
