Whuhuuu…..our local soccer club just went from the 2. Bundesliga to the 1. Bundesliga. Just 3 years ago these guys played in the 3. League.

Hamburg only managed a draw (1-1) in their relegation home game. I fear for them…..would be such a pity to lose the only club in the first league constantly since its inception. Or are you all here routing for Karlsruhe? That just can't be true, can it?

My poor nerves! That Bundesliga relegation game was…..a thriller just doesn't say it. Hamburg as good as out, and then a saving goal in overtime. Another in extra. And then an incredible penalty for Karlsruhe in overtime of extra time...but missed.
Hamburg stays where it belongs, in the first division. But guys, please not another cliffhanger like this.
