IHTB-06 - Super Heavy Knitted Cotton Short Sleeved Sweater

This will be my first IH tshirt, I'm a 39/40 chest and wear a medium in most tops. Measurements here suggest l get a large, sound right? For anyone who can compare I'm a 42 in Flat Head T's.

I'm a medium as well in most basic Tees (fruit of the loom, Gildan, AA), medium in IH's Tees and would go for 42 in FH as well. My IHTB is Large, so I think you're right.

I'll echo this.  My red/black came in today and the large fits perfect.  Really digging on this shirt…

The red is also a great colour. I had a hard time deciding, bt as I have the red with long sleeves it was ok.

Anyone who owns these able to comment on the amount of stretch you get with wear? The ptp on this matches the smallest I can get away with in t-shirts but if the fabric loosens appreciably with wear then that's cool. On the other hand I assume the fabric will be thicker than a regular IH tee… Any tips appreciated, as always

stretch you can get is like with any sweater, somewhat, but not endless, would say 1.5-2" at max, but will be look fitted…

and the thickness is around double of a IH tee...

I had to return the IHTB 01 becuase of the chest measurements. As rocket said, the fabric is super thick and warm, so you might want to size up for a roomy chest.

Very quick and very dirty fit pic. Looks like xl was the correct choice. The fabric is so heavy that a smaller size would feel weird and constricting. Thanks to @rocket  and @Max Power  for the help.

Needless to say, this is a wonderful item of clothing. The density and weight of the fabric and construction is like nothing I've felt before. And it's so soft at the same time.
