    @Megatron1505:

Perfect, the waist on my pair is now (unbelievably) a little loose  :o

That's because ,@Megatron1505 , certain persons who shall remain nameless have been substituting jeans with slightly larger waists for a week now. 😉

Those are my principles, and if you don't like them…
    Well, I have others.

      **DWC Website Announcement

Wordpress did some kind of major and un announced update a couple of days ago that killed site functionality, we had to re-host the entire thing.

For some reason we can't figure out it sent our spam detector haywire and blocked a load of IP addresses, which results in people being redirected to Amazon. If you experience this problem you can send me your ip and I can unblock it in an instant.

      Apologies for any inconvenience.**

hey gav, i'm not sure if this has been asked before. but do we have to create a dwc thread for our jeans? or can i still continue using sufu and ih forums to post progress?

You need to create a thread Louis, the threads allow easy access to progress for judging.

                And so it begins…...

To celebrate the start there will be random tee shirt give aways throughout the day to random contestants  🙂

Here's to another 2 years. I won't be back in my MBB's for little while as they are on a holiday to Japan to be fixed. Well done for organising it all again Mega

Thanks man, it has been relatively painless (compared to the last one).

Alright, made it happen.  Everything is all good, drove back to my parents house to regroup.  I had been thinking about it for a long time but finally said screw it.  I enrolled in college and have been figuring that out.  It's been quite the busy whirl wind.  I got back to MN on Tuesday morning and have been getting things done ever since.  Almost forgot about this but got it done!  Crappy indoor shots because its raining!

Quick and dirty but got it done

                        I'll be wearing…

21oz Blanket Lined Indigo Riders Jacket (about 14 wears currently) and the 21/23oz DWCxUHR Beatle Busters

It'll be an awesome two years.... and these pants might not make a single skydive.... well maybe a couple, but I'm not currently sure if I'll work this summer, I might just dive right in with summer classes.

Out with the old, in with the new

                        6 hour cold water soak

                        oh blue

                        hanging out to dry

                        obligatory…

                        the suit

                                And thanks mega.

You were right btw, everyone fit pics look awesome, these are actually awesome fitting on me too.  I can't get them to stack right though so I'll probably just wear cuffs the entire time.  Fit pics next week or something.

                                  Lovely photos @fanya.
I am kind of regretting not getting the DWC-uhr for this run. I love my 666UHR but they are quite slim around my knees. The dwc jeans are a tad wider in that area. Oh well. Done is done.

Anyway here are my 666UHR after 31 days of wear.

Looking great nizzle, I also wanted to say thanks for the kind words in the hwdc2 thread, but just got distracted!

Also, thank you to Paula who took the time to find me the smallest waist and with the biggest thigh, the fit is fantastic.

And thanks to Giles for putting up my insistent whining about how high the rise on the MBBs was last year.  I'm now in love with the high rise and couldn't imagine going back now that I'm use to them.

And one last thing, this denim is amazing, it's already almost soft in its own way after two days of wear.  The "bronze" hardware is amazing, along with all the details on the jeans.  The selvedge lined fly makes me smile every time.

Oh and the jacket is absolutely stunning. From construction, to the denim, to the fit.  I'm super glad I got the lined one even though it might limit my wearing in the summer a little it'll make it easier to wear in the winter.  On a side not for those interested, the jacket has been soaked 3 times already in an attempt to get as much of the crease out of the sleeves, it was fairly successful with it most of the rest of the left over coming out with some wear.

Going to be a great two years.
