Changed energy supplier after my county's yearly "Who can supply the cheapest and cleanest energy for a year, PUNKS!.." auction resulted in a different supplier winning…
Was a bit scared my final bill from my previous energy supplier 'd be high, seeing as I had to pay for December through March (basically, winter)... Nope: am being refunded a cool 92 €...
So, in short: I was refunded 500 € of my total energy bill of 1320 € this year (heating and electricity, 2 persons, with my brother's girlfriend spending most weekends with us)... And the calculations of the new supplier, based on what I consumed last year, show I'd have spent 180 € less with the new contract...
I think I have this economical living pretty much down to a t... ::)

AdBlock Pro is so Good. Forever I've allowed the ads to be viewed, SuFu's latest few months of advertising has just been nuts, so installed it. ALL webpages basically load so much faster, and cleaner. I can't believe I've known about this for 10 or so years and been okay not running it, thinking of the web-site's revenue…MY GOD It's like a new internets.

i don't know about adblockers. like once in awhile i like to see ads and sometimes it's annoying. but trying it out, i was so not used to the ads not being there..

Me too! My 3rd grade teacher used to give us the option to skip recess and eat lunch in her classroom and watch the Price is Right. She'd wheel in a TV on a cart and we'd eat our lunches and watch the show. I even wrote for tickets one time and I got 10 free tickets in the mail. I couldn't do anything with them because I lived on the wrong coast, but I was glad to have them.

Went running today, to get in shape a little. Alas, it feels more difficult every year, in particular the first few times after a long winter of little physical activity and a lot of paunch accumulating. Tells me I'm not 30 anymore….. :o

I know exactly how you're feeling right now. I started working out with sandbags last week and went with what I thought was a moderate amount of weight. When I told my boss I needed to take a day off, he asked what did I do to myself.
"I aged past 26" was my answer.
