There is no physical prod to check against at present, but as Katsushin says, the website measurements can be considered very accurate. Just measure a shirt of your own and do a compare, its always worked well for me.

I can vouch for the UK website's measurements, I have a M and the sizing is spot on.

the thing is that based on SE measurements I am L siza and based on IH UK site I am M size, so I don´t know I am confused. Both sites have told me that their mesurements are correct, but they are different in their charts, one size of difference pretty much, so I am confused.

Dude, I do not have experience with SE measurements, I can only reiterate my personal experience of the v.good accuracy of the IH measurements.

I agree with hectic and Seul. Trust the IH UK measurements as we all have a bunch of experience with them. Go with the M like Seul suggested and if it is too small, return it. Giles is pretty good with that sort of thing. Also, this shirt is not endangered so you have plenty of time…

i would love to confirm from the SE site info if the XS size is inches:
Chest: 38
Vertical Length: 25.2
Sleeve Length: 23.5
Shoulder Width: 16

and if we can confirm it wont shrink even with a warm wash more then .5,
then XS would be GREAT in this shit fit for me.
