      thanks guys,
i am more than happy with them!

the fit is the best of all my boots,
owing to Chris from wesco, who did measure my feet this summer.

@NNNN i like heavyweight stitching on the uppers very much. i see a pair jobmasters coming up in the near future, preferable in horse.

So this is a lace-to-toe Jobmaster with a Packer upper? Are there any differences aside from the heavyweight stitching on the upper? I guess with the regular toe version of the Jobmaster, having a Packer upper would also avoid having the extra bit of leather and stitching where the upper meets the vamp:

          Do I have this right?

i really was looking forward to heavy upper stitching and landed without.

The look great. I think that the heavy weight stitching would take a while to break in. Even the lightweight stitching on my bosses was stiff for a long while.

I don't think it is; I think it's a lace to toe Jobmaster without heavy upper stitching.

                          Hello all!

The boots are a Packer upper. you can also tell by the Backstay of the boot only having the lightweight stitching. I have a few pictures attached to hopefully help point out the different construction of the two styles.

Whoa… The lightweight stitching looks tons better. And probably suited just fine for people here!

So if I understand the above explanation, this is a lace to toe Jobmaster with lightweight stitching, correct?

And Giles posted a semi lace to toe Jobmaster, right?
