Watches - another OCD problem
-
It is so pretty… Good thing I'm totally out of the watch market for 2010 and probably 2011. Otherwise, I'd be sorely tempted. I'd also have to figure out a way to explain a new watch to my wife, which probably wouldn't go well.
And sadly, she pays enough attention when I talk about watches and jeans to notice when I have a new item, and approximately how much it costs. No way a Panny is sneaking past her.

I'm impressed, you're wife actually pays attention
Never happens in my house.

Finally picked one of these up few months back
And it's funny with all this talk of Panerai's on here as i'm looking at one being my next purchase either a 188 or 196.

i haven't read through this whole thread, but figured i'd contribute.
I have a Tag Heuer Aquaracer. My wife rules and she surprised me with it a couple years ago.

The Milgauss is a sweet watch. I think it may be the coolest Rolex I've ever seen. I love the second hand on that thing.

Thanks Chris. I am a big fan of the original Milgauss which i first became aware of back in '03 so when this 'new' one was first announced i was over the moon my favourite thing about it has to be the green sapphire, so subtle but just sets the watch off perfectly. I am giving serious thought to giving mine the DLC treatment.

giles theres a good chance that i will become addicted to IH, i guess it depends how well those jeans i ordered fit when they arrive! i would have bought stuff before now but i am a fat git and you didn't used to have big enough sizes!
-
thats great, i wasn't expecting them for weeks! i know it's pathetic but i'm really excited to see what they are like (i've never seen a pair of iron heart jeans in the flesh). please let them fit.

getting back to watches here are a few more of mine. all of the cronographs have the same movement in them (valjoux 7750) which makes it suprising how different they are and how much the prices can vary.
