It was/is office decoration.  The points rusted and it would not start, that has been fixed and it is in the process of getting an MOT.  They I need to get a licence but don't want to take it on the XT….

I can think of less appealing ways to decorate than having motorcycles sitting around!  You still onto something with Auto Fabrica?

I got to check out Revival Cycle's shop in Austin, TX over the weekend.  They had some beautiful bikes:

            1916 Royal Enfield

            Restomod Ducati

A client recently took this 1933 bike on a 4k mile road trip:

Not sure the make of this one:

            Moto Guzzi

Customer bikes, I was really digging the BMW nineT:

            ATX IH Hoarder

                  @harley:

i am hoping to turn the above into something like this ,it cost me £850 and is an r80 its running and has a mot , thats the dream the reality may be different though

Funny. Was considering modding the same bike next year but unsure still have to do much research on the build of these engines. So much potential with the R8o.

These 2 young guy did this R8o a few months ago in case you haven't seen it yet @harley dave. Topshelf shit right here:

And more pics plus an article from Bikeexif here: http://www.bikeexif.com/bmw-r80

I'm moving out of London on Thursday. Today I found that the local scooter shop, which is less than five minutes walk from my flat, has started offering a slightly more exciting range.

This is the first MV Augusta Brutale Dragster RR in the UK. Want.

I moved out of London today, on a very heavily loaded motorbike. I stopped off in Richmond to post a few letters and saw my bike's sexier little sister.

The R1200R is a lot dowdier, but (as you can see in the photo) you can strap panniers and an enormous bag to it, and it'll still behave. It's a highly capable machine, and I sat in sixth gear at around the speed limit (70 mph / 120 km/h) all the way up, and despite the added weight, it didn't miss a beat.

The fuel gauge is a different matter. I had it fixed a few weeks back, and it's gone again. 😞

The ride up wasn't entirely fun. When I set out it was 3 degrees Celsius (37 degrees Fahrenheit), and didn't get much about 8 degrees Celsius (46 degrees Fahrenheit). Plus it started to rain towards the end. I covered around 260 miles (420 km), and arrived here just after dark, in the rain. I felt pretty wiped out, naked bikes are not good in this sort of weather.

But heated grips FTW! The side panels also warmed up from the engine, and kept my legs toasty if I squeezed the bike.

I'm currently in South Cumbria. I moved out of my flat in East Sheen today, and then will be heading to Australia (Sydney or Melbourne) in the not so distant future.

@Graeme good luck with your travels and I hope you can take your MC with you to Australia.  That long trip in the cold and rain does not sound like fun, but at least it's behind you and you arrived safe and sound.

I'm assuming that big brown bag is all of your Iron Heart gear!
