I received my Vulcans in size 32 yesterday. awesome jeans! Wore them today, the denim is so stubborn, I was thankful to sit almost all day (headed an exam).

Im planning to wear them for about 3 weeks to stretch them out completely and then give them a soak. Maybe go the old fashioned way and have them dried on me.

These are incredibly great jeans, thanks a lot Giles for discounting them. At full price I don't think I would ever bought them… And now I'm almost saying these might be my best Iron Hearts so far.

Received my first pair of IH denim. Soaked them and hang dried them. Been wearing them for three weeks and they are really moulding to me. Very comfortable. Very thick so some serious wear to loosen them up.

They were so stiff after drying they stood up on their own.

I bought a size (36) when they first came out & they are fading nicely.

Would like to buy a 2nd pair.  With the intent to keep the 2nd pair from fading as much as the 1st pair - or as little as possible.  Would like to have a well worn/faded pair & keep the other pair closer to NEW looking for two different looks.

Currently none left in a size (36).
…Any chance these will be re-stocked in a size (36)?

Rule of Thumb.  If we have reduced something because it originally sold slower than we anticipated, it will not be restocked or remade.  Sorry

Thought I'd give the Vulcans thread a little love, even though the photography isn't the best.

I love these jeans.  The only thing that annoys me is that the pocket bags have shredded badly.  Aside from that, they are the perfect jeans and I'm bummed that they are gone forever, but man, I'm loving my pair.

Sorry- to be clear, the front pockets have worn out and ripped off the denim at the top.  Same thing happened to my 634s.  I don't think I've done anything unusual to 'em- maybe I have sandpaper knuckles!

Normally i wearing 634s in size 29 but i see in 634sv size chart  leg opening in 634sv is 8.3  . I need to know if i get 634sv size 29 and hot soak leg opening will run to 8.0 or 8.1 ? ( because if run to around 8.0 or 8.1 this jeans will fit with my boot shoes )

Thinking of the Vulcan in size 30. With a super hot soak, should I still expect about a 1" shrinkage in the waist?

I've never bought unsanforized denim before, so I want to make sure.

Raw denim, so the jeans will shrink about 1" in the waist and 1"-1.5" in length with a hot soak or wash

The waist will stretch back out to pre soak size.

It's just a bit of leather.  But it is constructed into the jean, it's not an after construction add on.

Just got 634sv size29  from last week .  My true size is 29 but when i tried them everything its ok but one thing i feel thigh a little bit in my waist .i feel worry if i soak my 634sv will no room for my waist.

Then you might want to think about exchanging for size 30 - the 18oz raw WILL shrink some…

After i soaked hot water my 634sv tag size29 they went to size28 that made me hurt around waist .after day i was wearing them go to workout and something amazing happened with my 643sv when i got home i felt  relax  around my waist They stretched up to 29.5  and going to be perfect with me . I thought 634sv model look like a DC4001

Do any of you guys know why there isn't a 634 cut anymore in the 18oz denim ? It seems to be in every other type of denim. I get that the leather triangle and extra pockets are not for everybody. But I would like to see the 634 cut just like the 666 or Busters in raw. I'm moving away from the skinny type jeans as do I think you will see  other people will too in time.

I actually just received a pair of these from Selfedge and they look amazing. It was the  last size 32. But unfortunately they measured more like 31's from the start so I had to send them back with no size 33 to exchange for. I'm still depressed over it btw. Now I have to decide whether to go with the 634UHR or IHxB01 raw. I'm pretty sure it's too damn hot where I live for 23oz jeans tho.
