tried wearing my boss's with the insole for the first time in a couple of weeks today..
my foot looks like a sausage and its nearly unbearable to walk in.

might have to just sell these ones to someone and try again.  would the wesco boss's in 8EE be slimmer than their jobmasters?

I suspect it is more a function of the restricted instep room you have on the Boss.  Does that make sense?

Yeah it does- it hurts most in the arch of my foot right where the instep is boa constrictoring (yep just turned that snake into a verb) my foot.

maybe i'm just not meant to wear non-laced boots

@summ3rhays- actually, I do own two black pairs, a pair of boots with sentimental value that I've worn once in the last 5 years and a pair of dress shoes that I wear only with a tux or dark suits, thus about once a year.

If you really want a pair of Bosses I suggest you get the custom build. It will fit your foot perfectly.
