Looks like there are five 36s in stock and no 38s. I actually got the last 38 and that pair measured just a bit smaller than what was shown in the chart, but close - not an issue for me as I know they will stretch out. I think there is always some variability across the pieces.

Hi guys, thanks very much for your responses… they're much appreciated. Yeah, all of the measurements for the 36" 634S-B actually work for me (either the same as or very close to my current best fitting non-IH pairs) except for the waist but the fact that people with lots of IH knowledge/experience like you think I might be okay with the 36" makes me more confident about giving them a shot. I like the idea that there may be slight variations in each pair and that someone could check if there are any 36" that run slightly larger in stock. Thank you again everybody.

Took my pair of the 634S-B out camping this past week. Stayed nice and warm whilst trailblazing and stomping down the terrain in my Danners. These will always be my workhorse jeans for the gun times and tough wear.

just bought a pair of these. my black levi's are starting to look pretty janky… and well, i was itching to buy something iron heart. hope they look great on me. first pair of 32's i've bought in a LONG time. (multiple years).

What kind of boots are those, mahlon?
Jeans look great (can't recall seeing the 634 look so lean that often). Seems to look different on you than most other people I've seen.

As for the "lean" fit. These happened to measure almost the same as my 666D which are my best fitting pair. I usually wear a tagged 33 in IH jeans, these are a tagged 32 and measure 32. The denim gives a lot so the 1/2" stretch I need in the waist for these to be perfect happened easily.

I wouldn't worry too much about it though, they are awesome. Enjoy them sir!!haha yeah, they should look great with my wesco boss's that look nearly identical to yours minus my harness strap… hopefully.
