Fit pics look good. Will wait until I have the measurements for a large to compare it to, but looks like the XL may be for me.

It looks like the shipment of these is on the van for delivery by Parcel-Force-Pete this morning.  Sizing charts will be completed shortly thereafter….G

        Sizing:

        NOTE.

The above sizes are as delivered, they are raw and unwashed.  From my soaking/washing experiment with my XL, the sizing ended up as:

        Shoulders:  18.75
        Length: 30
        P2P: 22
        Arm: 26
        Opening:22

So in the raw state, the size is approx 1 size larger than when washed.

This beauty just arrived in the mail this morning.  Its currently taking a dip in some water and will be hung to dry outside soon.  I'll try to get some pics up later…maybe my hangover will be gone by the time it dries off.

Hey Jestre, please let us know how it turns out.  Fit pics perhaps?

Sorry for the poor pictures…but I just woke up and wanted to get some quickly.  The hot soak yesterday did not take enough shrinking out so I gave it a hot wash last night which seemed to do the trick.  The denim is nice and soft after a quick tumble dry; which I usually don't do but the air dry left it almost too crunchy to the point that it was a bit too "scratchy" to wear.  I plan on making this a staple of my wardrobe in the cooler weather as I know it will feel and look tremendous with time.  FYI, this is an XL.

Jestre, funnily enough, that is exactly what happened to me.  The hot soak just did not take out enough shrinkage, so I bashed it through a hot wash - that worked.  I got minimal (if any) indigo loss through the washer, you?  G

The water turned light blue, and the shirt seems to have retained its nice & dark indigo swimmingly.

Good fit Jestre. That's exactly what I'm looking for myself. I'm also 5'9". My XL is somewhere over the Indian Ocean right now. Can't wait to get it.

                          Excellent shirt man.
Hope this one will be here to stay.  I think a denim western shirt needs to be a permanent addition to the IH roster…
Also gives me more time to save up.

Is this going to run out/ if so, will it be re-run? I'm loving the 16 but wouldn't mind keeping the 27 in the vault if it's never going to be seen again..

It'll be permanent, but we may have some sizes unavailable for periods whilst I wait for there to be enough to justify the re-run….G

So I've been wearing this for small periods of time over the past few days…. and my impressions so far are:  this is quickly becoming my favorite piece of IH gear.  The fit is spot on, the denim is amazing, the weight is perfect.  Highly recommended!

Jestre, I'm loving mine too.  Rotating it between that and an IHSH-16ss depending on the temperature….G

Post hot soak and wash. Water went a light blue. Denim feels fantastic.

Mostly @ G: I am quite intrigued by the raw length of this shirt (given my height), how much is lost off the length post-wash, as an approx percentage please?

Hectic,  I have been wearing my XL for a month now, and it has had 3 x 30 degree C washes.  I'm loving the indications of great evo, one of the reasons I chose to do this is raw denim:

Before any washing the length of an XL is 31".  This one now measures 30".

                                        G

                                          Nice cuff evo.

Thanks, might try the XXXL on that basis.
