Mates I need some help with sizing in the skivvy! I am a 17 in shoulders.. and I've gathered that people size down in the skivvy to get a "classic" look? I wear s in ih tees also.. correct me if i'm wrong and thanks in advance!

I am a small and went with a small for my purpose. Pretty tight classic look. Lots of sizing info on MF blog too depending which look you gonna achieve (Kennedy etc)

I wear a size 40 is the newer MF tops and a slightly relaxed XL in the earlier stuff - I have the size L in all three colors of the skivvy and they all fit kinda different - the indigo is the tightest on me - but I think due to the dye process it got the most shrinkage - so my guess will be all three will end up as slim as the indigo after a few washes and dries. None of them are lose, but the white was by far the most "relaxed" from the start, even after a hot soak and dry.

I'm sure I just confused you even more lol

I agree.  I have the large in white and green.  The green is a much tighter fit.

i order W32, same as usual

raw waist about w34 , after hot soak, shrink to w32.5

a little bigger than the old version of 7161md

thanks Lamdog, I wear a 30 in the Californians Lot 54, but the measurements for 30 looked rather big, almost 33.  I guess a soak will shrink it down to around 30?

Thanks guys. I feel like a Buckaroo fanboy prophet because I go around praising them so much, so it is nice to hear others voice the same opinion. The front pockets on these have just about destroyed my love for the standard 5p. The soft roll of the pocket flap does not bind your hand at all like a regular pocket. So easy and comfortable to get your hands in. Love it. And the high rise slim leg is perfect. The denim isn't going to win any awards, but it has a nice sort of vintage Lee feel. Hope MF does a similar pocket/jean again. And hope another 33 surfaces.

And hope you can get back into your B5s soon Davito!
