At last, the first of the products to hit the streets made out of the raw 12oz selvedge denim I had Haraki design and make for me.

This is a raw sanforised denim which is extremely tighly woven.

I will have here in about 7 days.

Regarding sizing.  They will come raw.  I hot soaked the sample I got which is an XL.  Unfortunately due to operator error (I'm thick), I've lost the pre-soak measurements.

Here are the post soak/post washdetails:

Shoulders:  19/18.75
Length: 32/30
P2P: 23/22
Arm: 27/26

SE will have the exclusive OD version of these, right?
Too lazy (my aplogoies) to search, what exactly is the IHW-01 Special G Version?

I think (but I have mailed Haraki tonight to double check) that he is doing one more sample for me as a result of the design tweaks I gave him in May.  Once I get that it'll be a further 8 or so weeks until they hit the streets.  G

The post soak shoulder measurement seems a bit longer than than the other western shirts before this one. Giles, any chance of a fit pic?

I have subsequently washed at 30 deg C as I was worried that I had not taken all the shrinkage out with the soak.  It shrank some more, dimensions and fit pic tomorrow.  G
