yup Snowy.first time trying them out. Need a proper sandal than those rubber ones.

@Seul: thanks. after wearing the Mega Beatle Buster for few straight months,this momo seems unpleasant to wear especially in the thigh–>crotch area. Maybe i got to stop wearing slim tapered.

dlaz, you will love IMO, takes a few weeks to break in, but you'll find I'm nearly inseparable from them. THe last pair I had lasted 3 years, including treks to Vietnam where it was literally the only shoe I wore for a month.

wow 3 years?? and I was afraid they would break if I get to tough with them. yesterday i was crouching a lot to take photos while wearing them,so they kinda like bent a few times. Main reason I wanted to try the Birkenstocks is cause of the comfort. I had enough of rubber slippers and those Teva-looking sandals are ok if i were to go to a jungle every now and then.
