Great work Hemi, the boots look sweet and the shoes are amazing, they are definitely on the want list. It's nice to some awesome stuff coming out of this corner of the globe, I'll be eagerly waiting for the release date. Cheers, Matt

Hey Nate,
We're making our own high quality rubber sheets locally that we cut into soles. They don't have a fancy sole pattern but they look good and perform really well.
I'm making a sample shoe now so I'll have something to show you soon.
i'm into that!

What do you think of our latest shoe?
Upper: Roughout Crust Oiled Brown Full Grain Leather
Sole: Single Natural Leather Runner with Rubber Sole and Stacked Leather HeelThis is the first time using the rubber sheeting manufactured here in NZ. We cut and grind the rubber into our sole shape.

Thanks mate, I love these! They're basically boots that look like shoes… heavy duty and brass screw wired.
I'm working on the website and all the little details like branding, boxes etc. Because I'm trying to do everything locally it takes a bit longer to set up the supply chain and get the quality I'm after but I'm very close now so it won't be long.

Hey Rafa,
Unfortunately, Vibram have a minimum order of $20,000 which is why I decided to make my own which limits styles. I know a a local importer who stocks some Vibram, Topy and some other Italian and Spanish rubber soles so it's a matter of me going out there and seeing what he has… I'll keep you posted.
One thing we don't do is sew the sole. It would be purely aesthetic because the brass wire screws and cement are hardcore. It would also adds extra cost.
The black Boot is actually a super dark brown. You can see it more in the roughout section. I like it because it's thick.
