Came back from picking the new Iron Heart company vehicle up and the next batch of cartons from Japan was here: It included, loads of Tee's, all the overdyed short sleeved chambrays and a collection of calf and cordovan goodies:

It is hard to describe how good it feels to walk around knowing you have one of the nicest key clips in the world hanging at your side (if not the nicest)…seriously, it will put some extra swagger in your step.
To quote Filson..."Might as well have the best". I honestly don't believe you could buy a nicer leather clip...
Not to mention how sweet it is to have a matching cordovan wallet. Sometimes those details really bring it all together and turn your ensemble into something really special. -

So this may not seem like that a big of a deal, but here goes…
This is a picture of the Oxblood Cordovan wallet that I have (which continues to amaze me more and more every time I use it).
Notice the quarter that is used as a reign attachment and how it sticks straight up...
Since the first day I got it, I've tried to make the quarter lay flat but is has been impossible! No matter how much tugging and pulling on it (the quarter that is) I did, it stayed stick straight.
Then I saw this picture of Haraki's and viola…perfectly flat.
How did he do it??!! It has been keeping me up at night practically.
Then today I was pulling out my wallet to pay for something and bam!…
No idea when or how it happened, but it finally did. Might not sound too crazy, but after months of being convinced it couldn't be done, it was pretty sweet…

seems like we all have an incredible "problem" with attention to detail, which eventually leads us all to IH.has your wallets inerds changed color at all or has the natural stayed natural???
