don't really know i tried with insole its tight but i can still feel the heel slips, its has the same lenght with my 1K and my cheaps is even bigger, maybe 6.5 will fit better or because its to heavy, lol.

Are the soles stiff? I think that can cause the heel slip until they break in and start to flex.

yeah chukkas tend to look a little..weird in pictures but become awesome once theyre on your feet. i had serious heel slip with a pair of chukkas on the 110 last as well. had to sell. 110 is wide all over, i have broad feet but quite narrow heels. much like a duck!

ben2t, I think it'll take a good month of solid wear before they'll really start to break in. There's nothing instant about a good pair of boots you'll have for life :). Enjoy!

dint want to stretch out the vamp by wearing thicker socks, so i use  "Superfeet" half-insoles on my service boots__  i get arch support + keeps heel in place w/o adding volume up front [@vamp]

I like them cuffed Ben. They look good in fit pics. Yeah, 110 is wider in the back end. If your wider up front but want something a little less in the heal try the 2045. Only reason I sold my two tone 2045 is because they were a half size too big. I hate to much room up front!!

So, I've had 2045s, 310s, and now 110s, and here's my sense:  110s are widest throughout, but especially in the heel as people are saying.  But it is also the lowest in the toe area, so in some ways it doesn't feel like your toes have the room you expect from a wide fit.  2045s seemed a bit narrow in the vamp and toes to me, but had a nice, rounded toe, and seemed normal (neither wide nor tight) in the heel.  310s seemed right in the middle, front and back.  The sprung toe gives you lots of room in height, but I would not say they were wide in the toes – again, medium or even slightly narrow I would say.

I think i have really wide toes…. all my boots are tight in the toe area.
I hope my prospective 310's work out!

Have you ordered them yet?  If not, I would advise ordering an E width.  It is the only one of these lasts (I believe) that Viberg offers in either D or E widths…

the chromepack leather is pretty awesome for shitty weather. its literally been raining the entire day and the rain just beads beautifully on my completely untreated boots. the leather is so thick and oily. too bad the chromepack leather isnt being stocked by viberg anymore.

Well, i'm getting them through G, the IHVB 4 Brown Oil Tan Service Boots.
And i have pretty much ordered them!
I wear a 9.5 D US in RW chukkas, and they are occassionally a bit tight in the toe, i went with 9 D UK with the Vibergs!

I'd owned Moc toe & Iron rangers from RW size 9D. US. Using thin socks.
The 310 Vibergs last is wider. Much more. And i went with a 9D. UK. Using thick socks.
