yeah Goruck is really dropping the ball with service and if there was ever a bad crew to do that on, this would be it. Keep up the good work those of you who are training for this and fret not, we'll come up with something that accomplishes the same end result.

i went through the website & sent them emails from my user account. that was the only time they responded to me in a timely fashion. when i tried to just email from the outside they never responded.

got my kettlebells today & man are they heavy. might have to have a class with d666 & big zee i'm sending you a message in 2 minutes. . . .

They heavy, they oh so heavy.  Think i might have to go to the "girl" sizes to get my form right & then work up to these, got a 16 & 20KG & should have taken into account the person telling me to get them as starters walks around with a IronHeart loving gorilla on his back all day.

I have a 12 & 16. 12 was tough when I 1st started. Now I use the 16 most if the time.

I messaged them through their website, and I got a response pretty quickly. They tried to haggle with me and give me credit for another event, or store credit, but I really just wanted a refund. I got it! They handled it really well and they were very nice and apologetic. Way to make it right Goruck.

I'm done with Goruck. They will not be getting anymore money from me.  They finally gave me my money back but, I had to fight them tooth and nail. They never moved my Goruck Light when I asked them to change the date back in September. We battled back and forth and they were still reluctant to reimburse me even though I showed them an email that came from them stating they would move my challenge.  I would be interested in something else, I am open to any ideas.

I know we like their gear but don't have to do their events given the bad communication and customer service
