After a few wears. Wasn't used to the cut at first but I am in love with it now. My heaviest pair of jeans by far!

Thanks! I did a hot pre-wear soak for 1 hour and it shrank a bit. However I did not measure them pre and post soak, so I don't know how much they shrank exactly. I think about 2 inches for the inseam. But the waist stretched back out pretty quickly.

And I love the raw texture of the jeans!

My first adventure in RAW!

Getting the hot soak.  My tub isn't big enough so I had to fold the legs under.  I basically just turned the hot tap on and didn't mix with any cold.  Our hot water service is a little sketchy so the temperature wasn't scalding hot but hopefully it should be enough to do the trick.

Pre-soak measurements were almost exactly as listed on the website: inseam 37.3 and waist 30.4.  Will report back with post-soak measurements later.

Ok.  I ended up getting 0.8 inches shrinkage in the waist and about 1.5 in the inseam.  And the fit pics…

I haven't figured out what I'm going to do yet with the length.  They're double-cuffed in these shots which I don't mind.  I might wear them for a while like this and maybe do a hemming later if I think it's necessary.
