Got my two belts . Took the biggest size LL , a little long but easy to shorten later -
thanks to Giles's video -
Probably best to go for a M. I own a L and a L shortened to a M. The L is on the hole furthest from the buckle on my w30 25oz 666 it'd be too loose on my w29 (stretched to 30") SBGs.

I'm just the opposite, got 2 samurai 6-8mm a103 and feels weird wearing anything else now

I wore them for a short while but every time I sat down it would be really tight around the waist and hurt. It hasn't really been broken into yet, but it is a really nice belt and I might start wearing them again soon.
Btw, do you find that your belt loops expand quite a bit after wearing such a thick belt? My other jeans look a little weird without a belt cos of the expanded loops.

Yeah, it will break in around the hips but… You gotta tough it out... I actually have a callous one side . As far as expanded belt loops shrugs beats me! I always wear a belt man... Always
I feel like I am half naked without a belt and will run all the way back across town in the rare instance I forget mine just to get it and put it on
