They look lovely. Shame I've just got the standard 634 (well it's not but you know what I mean).

When you say the denim is 'unstable' what do you mean?

It shrinks with an unknown percentage along the length of the bolt, which is why we have had to one-wash to try and get some sense into the tag sizes….It also produces variable leg twist......

also seeing as i'm probably a 38.5 waist should i go with the 38 which is a 37 and deal with the pain?

ive been looking for a slimmer sort of jean and i think this is just that.

the beatle buster was going to be my thought, but now seeing these measurments and how similar they are to the TW634 I wore this summer, which didn't stretch much in the waist give you, i feel these may be the ticket…

Jesse, you should totally scoop these, then fitpic them. Your looks are always so solid, and it helps to see how these 38s are gonna fit. I'm really intrigued by this left hand denim, I just don't know I can convince myself to get another pair.

I'm really hoping that if another run is done of these, that their is an "error" in measuring the inseams at an extra few inches..

How do these wear in comparison to the 21 oz? Noticeably less heft? Drape better?

Feel heavier and certainly stiffer.  Too early to tell about drape.

I was thinking about sizing up on the 666s but from the measurements tts 634 might be my best bet.

Quite a situation here. These, the  21/23 oz 634, and the indigo warp/weft 634 (potentially) all on the horizon.  My wallet is saying one but my heart is saying three.  These do look pretty damn nice.

As MaxP said how awesome the LHT jacket was he touched earlier this year (same denim, right?), I shall look into these and make up my mind about them. From the description of the denim it sounds great, now onto "researching" the cuts

Yeah, unfortunately, sizing doesn't work for me in this (thigh, inseam); but the denim looks amazing, and I'm stoked for this release for a few reasons:

1.) The reception and enthusiasm for these new pairs have been incredibly positive. I hope sales reflect this. IH pushing the limits and trying new denim, regardless of instability, is a HUGE win for everyone who appreciates the brand. Successful experimentation allows for more creative and boundary-pushing releases from the Works family.

2.) Misdirection: while people concentrate on two great new jean releases, I can concentrate on all these dope new shirts. Haha.

3.) Despite the fact that measurements didn't work for me, this denim looks awesome; which makes the Lefty Trucker that much more anticipated, in my eyes. I can't wait for a longer Type III in 19oz LHT!
