Ok so the first wash was a success, got some good fades started, waist band shrunk up perfectly. That was one of the reason i did the wash too.  Again i hope to have some pictures up soon.  Thanks for the lesson Lando, i used Dr. B's lavender for the soak and wash.  Feel like a new man!  Hahahahaaha

I am always amazed by the super thickness of the leather patch. One of the details I appreciate so much

Are the 634s belt loops sewn into the waist band like the 634sr?

You would have to find out from G, but I agree I would love it. I have a feeling that Haraki-San has a reason why he chooses not to do it on them but I am just speculating…

I'm looking at my 634S and it looks like my belt loops are sewn into the waist band…...am I missing something?

I will aske Haraki, he does it on virtually every other jean.  I do not know the technical term either.  Haraki just says, "Belt loop stitched into the waist band"

Drives me nuts..what good does ot do that there´s a term for raised belt loops..

What I love about the sewn in to waist band belt loop is the secondary option to attache a key7hook

Just got my first pair of Iron Heart jeans and I'm very impressed. I love how the top block fits but the lower leg kinda bothers me. They're a bit too long and the stacking makes me look super short, especially with how big the leg opening is. Nothing a quick trip to a tailor to get them hemmed couldn't fix though!

I had a note the other day from a Russian customer who said every tailor in town bust a needle on his 634S when he needed them hemmed….
