OK Beatle.  Who on the German team should we be watching.expecting great things from?

I'm sure Beatle will correct me if I'm wrong, but Lukas Podolski is probably the man to watch on Team Germany, he should be one of the most dangerous scorers in the tournament. The other striker, Miroslav Klose, always seems to come up big at international tournaments as well, he led the last World Cup in goals I think.

Bah - I hope the wellknown German efficiency will be well hidden in the pooch of a kangooroo, and the Aussies teach them a lesson or two.

Klose's definitely past his prime, but he really knows how to raise the level of his play in big games.

Its heartbreaking that Ballack is out but Lahm taking over as team captain will be exciting to watch. Schweinsteiger would be key in the midfield as well.
