13+ weeks to get em but hot damn I like em.  Didn't realize it was going to be like walking on wooden planks at first… but can't wait to tame these beasts

(They're not this red, will try and take better pics later just snapped a couple before work)

Also, should I go kiltie or no kiltie?!?

Option 2 definitely.

Option 2 was my first choice, but MaxPower did come up with the idea of a 8" boot, and I started to like the commando sole:
(the picture shows option 1, just with a single midsole)

Agreed, the double mid sole with lowered heel doesn't look right and doubt would feel any better. Single mid with lowered is fine.  Cheers.
