JDelage, do you own and wear the 634s as well? I find the 634s really comfortable already…but look forward to skyscraper-like high-rises of the 1955 cut.

I wish there was a place to try the 1955s on in the states.  I have size 33 and 34 in the 634s; the 33 fits my legs best and the 34 is more comfortable in the top block. Any recommendations for sizing the 1955? I'm guessing I could do either.

Worst case, if you try on a pair and it doesn't fit the way you like, you can exchange for another size. It's like $30 to send back to the UK – well worth it to get the perfect fit.

@Trapp - The knee on the 634S is smaller than on the 1955.  I'm worried that would make them less comfortable.  I have fairly big thighs for my waist size and I would need to get a waist size bigger on the 634S to get knees 0.5" smaller than on the 1955.

                  Thanks for all the advice.

I'll probably go with the 34 for the legs and, if that doesn't seem right, exchange for a 33.

                  Super-excited about these!

If you considering a 33 or 34…  I would go 34 I have had both and the 33 due to the taper was a little smal in the hem around the ankle.  These have a high rise and are ment to be worn above the hip bone with the front button just under the naval.  At least that is how I like to wear them.  Even though these are a full cut the silohuette appears slim due to the taper from knee to ankle.

I love my 634s they are one of the best Low to medium rise cuts, in fact I am going to get a size 35 in 634s.

The 1955s are not just a full cut 634S they wear different and have a different silohuette.  That being said they are one of favorites cuts in the IH line.  I never have to pull these up they ride perfect just above the hips and are very comfy...  I will try to post some pics if this helps people with fitting questions.

                    Now, I have an IRONHEART!!

These sound like the perfect cut for guys who lift (squat) and want a taper. Slim waist, roomy thighs,
                        and a taper….sold.

No idea.  I asked H for an estimated delivery date for all outstanding production orders yesterday…..

Any idea on these yet? The rise on these, after getting familiar with the MBB'S, might make these more attractive to more members…I'm in.

Great fit advice Tinman. Still hoping at some point to see some pics.

Would it be possible to measure the distance between the rear pockets on the size 34 1955's?

I'm curious because I notice a huge difference between the rear pocket spacing between waist 33 and 34 on the 634s. The size 34 has rear pockets that are over 5" apart between the top corners, which looks odd on my frame. The 33 is much neater.

I have the feeling the top block of the 1955 will naturally pull the rear pockets closer together, but I can't quite tell from eyeballing it.
