Fucking A… Brilliant RP!.. You could use a beefier belt though mate... Yours is like having a tiger and dressing it up in a tutu...

This is the belt I had on in my photo.  Maybe it didn't show up well.

Soooo… After my first pair of Iron Hearts, I'm ready for more and the 666 seems to be what I'm looking for. But with pants that cost 500$ I have to do due dilligence when it comes to size. So here we go:

My actual size is 32" when I measure my pants. The Beatle Busters I have now was size 32 when I bought them and the could be a little smaller in the waist. So I'm thinking size 31" when I look at the sizing-table for the 666.

For a slim look, pull your stomach in for a few weeks and wait for it to stretch (it will eventually). For a less slim look, use a belt or give them a hot soak.
This 25 oz denim are not busy making friends, but with patience and love, it will surrender, and you will finally realize, that behind this hard and hostile shell, hides a very soft and gentle piece of leg wear  😞

                  Enjoy

                    Pushragner, some facts:

                    • tagged size 32 in the Busters (regular ones yeah?) measures around 31 unworn and there's no shrinkage… Were they snug at the beginning and did they stretch?..

                    • tagged size 31 in the XHS'es measures 32 from the getgo but there's a little bit of shrinkage... Bout 0.5 - .75", def no more though... Plus they will stretch (albeit much more slowly) about an inch... You also can wear them for a while before soaking or washing (so to stretch them before having the shrinkage take place)...

                    • what I'd suggest doing is measure the Busters (thighs and waist), and compare to the size chart for the XHS'es...

if your BB tagged 32 was not snug at the start, u can give a try at the tagged 31 with the 666.
the 25oz does not stretch like the 21oz.
                      tenk på det 😉

i have the same problem with sizing too…im in between a size 32 and 33 at the moment...so knowing that i got the tag size 32 which is actually a 33.. im just afraid that when i get it in the mail tomorrow and  try it on that it'll fit perfect around the waist.. which is bad for me knowing itll stretch out to about in inch after a handful of wears.. also itll be a problem because if i do want to size down on the waist then i know for a fact that my thighs will not fit in the tag size 31..im kindve stuck too right now so i guess ill have to hope for the best and find out tomorrow when they come in

afraid of the waist stretching too much? just wear a belt and the jeans stay where you want them to stay

Thanks for all the helpfull comments people (takk skal du ha hajduk ;)). My 21" BB was not snug at the beginning and now they are loose enough to skateboard comfortably in (provided the temperature is 5 celcius as it is here in Norway at the moment). So I'll think the 31" is the way to go.

Off course, now I face the dillemma of how much hemming. To cuff or not to cuff, that is the question. But I have to figure out that for myself.

                                  Nice choice man.

I have the 34 inseam VMC and hemmed them to perfect length around 30.5 after 2 washes and about 6 months, kinda regret it now as i like double cuffs but no prob still kuul to wear. Next pair will remain 34 inseam 🙂

                                  Cheers,

Do not hem to length from the start… These need a lot of extra length to settle and they take their time...

Yeah, I forgot that they will need some length to settle. I was thinking about getting them hemmed at 31" inches, assuming that 30 - 30,5 would be perfect after a wash (the inseam shrinks about 0,5 -1" after a wash, right?).  So I should at least go for a 32" inseam? I'm not a big fan of big cuffs.

31" may be a little short. I'd go 32" if you want to end up at 30.0-30.5".

The typical guidance for hemming new jeans is to go about 1.5"  longer than the desired final length. That 1.5" gives you enough length for some shrink and for combs/whiskers to gather.

That said, I don't know exactly how this 25 oz denim will shrink over time.

I would also go 32.5-33 and take it from there, better bit more than less and a 1 inch cuff is always nice if needed. I am 173cm assume the same height as you pushragner

I had them hemmed to 33" - had them shortened again 0.5" after a couple of months… Am about a 31.5" so now I can still do a double cuff/ small roll or a standard, single 1" cuff...

So yeah now that I do the math, they didn't shrink much and they didn't take much length to settle in my case... But of course: best stay on the safe side and go a bit longer... Wear for a couple of months, wash 'm once or twice, then hem again if necessary...

                                            Oh: and I'm 1.75 m/ 5.75'...
