Well I was a 30 in a pair of Imperial Shearers and went 30 with the 666s. Fit suits me perfectly. If I was you I'd go 29 making sure to give them a good hot soak before wear. There will be pain and effort involved in the buttoning up process - third button up is always a son of a bitch - but get them on once and yer golden.

Make sure thigh postsoak measurements gonna be ok for u (deduct approx 3% from the sizing table as it is presoak). I am about the same build as you (173cm 63kg) and wearing tag 29. see actual pix above. my thighs are usually comfortable at around sanforised 11 inch in the indigo Beatle buster. Tag 29 is the max i can pull off or my thighs explode. good luck

Hi guys,

New to IH here and just need sizing advice before the restock. My true waist is a 33inches and I would ideally like a 12inch thigh measurement to be comfortable but I do wear APC PS that measures 11.5 across. According to the measurements, it seems like I'm between a sz32 and sz33. I have also read that G's sz33 have stretched to measure 34 across so I'm pretty confident that even if i get a sz32 it'll stretch enough in the waist. I'm just unsure, how much would the thighs shrink post hot soak and whether they'll stretch back to pre soak measurements.

I also need to get the inseam altered to 31 inches. I would ideally like the inseam to settle at around 28inches so that should be right, yes?

The thigh will stretch back out to pre-soak and a bit more if necessary. My math is 1 " shrinkage + 1" inch coms = 30".  But better tyoo lonf than too short, so may be 31 world be fine if you don't mind some stacking.
