IHSH-78 - Indigo Dyed Hickory Stripe Work Shirt

I washed it with the intention of trying to get it to shrink, and it shrunk perfectly for me.
I machine-washed it @ 60 degrees C, full cycle. This was not a light/gentle soak.
Keep in mind georgeel, cold soaked his and it got no shrinking.
I would bet a coldwash/normal wash would keep this at purchased size, or far closer to it…..It's one-wash when purchased...

I'm having a hard time believing that actually, not that I doubt Snowy's measuring skills, but that's two sizes worth of shrinkage for p2p…

Tried one of these shirts on yesterday, and it's an amazing fabric, particularly like the contrasting inner blue.
Most definitely made it onto my "IH stuff to buy in 2013", but it's facing competition from the wabash work shirt thats already on the list, since I can't justify two denim shirts…. -
I think you can justify the hickory stripe and the wabash easily. The appearance is totally different, despite the fabric being a heavy twill on both.
The wabash workshirt is amazing, by the way…

Fair enough.
You could try to argue that they are very different. Totally not the same type of shirt at all. To put it in wife terms; one is a black open toe wedge, the other is a black closed toe pump.
Completely not the same, and any respectable wardrobe should have both.

First time i have been scared to see what is in a "blue bag" today. Package took one day longer then norm which i thought was odd. Turns out customs opened the package and cut open the blue bag (fuckin fucks)
Even cut open the small blue bag my socks were in
Everything looks ok tho so far. Pretty sure their razor blade couldnt make it through any IH items anyway lol

*and honestly... they couldn't have just opened it from the sealed flap? they insisted on risking damage to the goods by using a blade?

tmg, I've got 62 and 78. They are totally different shirts to look at and wear. The pattern of the wabash looks like a blue shirt with white dots. The 78 looks either a white shirt with blue lines, to me. The spacing between the lines and hardware is totally different. 62 feels a lot softer, but WAY thicker. In honesty, both have a place.

This shirt is pretty badass. Lil lighter in weight then the 07 but feels just as tough and fits me better. Love it
Now one of u big dudes go buy my 07!!
