IHD-01 - Special G Denim Version

So is the denim on these (raw version) sanforized?  The description makes no mention if it, but TWHR-01 (same denim) does say sanforized, and the notes people have shared on shrinkage seem less than what I'd expect from unsanforized denim.

Still it makes the decision between an IHD-01 and an IHSH-76 whole lot easier.

The conversion from CM to IN almost never works, but after doing some conversions, it looks like the IHSH-76 will be similar in measurements to the IHSH-33, with a little extra room in the chest.  That's just a ballpark idea, it's not exact by any means.

I'm just saying the conversion that I do, never matches up with the actual measurements G takes.

I have just double checked the inches and CMs tables for this shirt.  1 inch is 2.54CMs and that seems to be what the tables show (at least for all the ones I checked).  We create all tables in Excel and the conversion is done automatically using 2.54 as the multiplier.  Sometimes (but pretty rarely), there is a cock up when converting to html which we do not spot until someone tells us…

Im not saying yours is wrong. I'm just saying that when I do the conversion from CM to IN (from Japan), its usually not right, until I see the IHUK measurements.

I never trust the Japanese measurements, that is why we measure them all again here.  I'm not saying that they are wrong either, but what we do is consistent, it may be consistently wrong, but it is consistent….

tmt, do it. You won't regret it. The IHD-01od is probably the most versatile item in my closet.

ive got the OD, and it is my go to on cold days for my outer layer. love the hand pockets. was just hoping to grab up one of the 76's for a indigo version but it aint gonna work and with the prices on these i cant paass it up but just not sure about the sizing on the indigo IHD-01

Haha, sounds like if it weren't for the sizing tags, our closets would be close to indistinguishable from one another.  I regret not snapping up the last XXXL indigo IHD when it wen't on sale.  Good luck on sizing a large; IIRC, the indigo fits a little smaller than the od, due to it being raw and shrinking a bit.
