Black is the shit. It looks like velvet and fades down to this charcoalish color. Beautiful fabric.

A 38 in these is really a 37. And these don't give that easy at all.  I advised derivative666 on this and he went with the 40 and loves them (same is true, a 40, is really a 39). Just some info for ya….

G, when you hem these do you use orange thread?  the only reason i haven't chopped my pair of beige 36s is i love the contrast caused by the orange.

Thinking about a pair of olive cords, but first some q's.

1. How warm are they? Are they wearable for all but the hottest days o summer?
2. How is the olive? Versatile? Looks to be actually more of a forest green than olive, no?
3. I can wedge into 32 in 634 denim and 33 fit well off the bat, should I be going 33 or 34 in the cords?

1. They're pretty warm and wind resistant.  Definitely warmer than a pair of jeans.  I don't wear them at all in the summer, but you could if you wanted to.  I would say they are good for 3 seasons and summer too if you're nutty
2. I like green. Do you?  The color is not really olive, and not really forest green.  Maybe some kind of forest olive
3. If you can 'wedge' into a size 32, I would probably recommend a 34 in the cords.
   The IH-6634 are really great.  Incredible fabric, stupid comfortable.
