Sadly, they'd probably be close to the same price as adult IH jeans, which would be cost prohibitive for almost every parent. Material cost would be slightly lower, since you're using a yard or so less denim, but labor (which is, I believe, the biggest component of production expense) and hardware costs would be the same.
Tommy's jeans barely lasted a year, and that was with an extensive rebuild by Haraki. Finding enough people willing to drop $350ish with that kind of life expectancy is going to be tough, if not impossible.
Too bad, though. I'd love to put Benjamin in a pair of 21oz jeans.

oh wow…. sorry for my case of big-dummy-itis in prior post refering to the pair H made :-[!! I didn't realize someone literally made a pair. Did see nientenhosen was pretty dexterous with ye ol' needle and thread on a few shirts in some other posts though...

Saddleback has expressly told me in the past they would not be making a wallet with a grommet for attaching a rein. Maybe an IH collab could change that. Or a really bad ass briefcase/bag.

I'd love to see a bag, but I could get behind a wallet too. What could be really crazy is an XL backpack. Currently, all of the backpacks they make are pretty small, and I know there has been some interest in an IH backpack in the past.
Regardless of what materializes, you can put me down for one.

How about a denim/leather backpack. Black leather mixed with some Superblack 21oz denim….got me thinkin now.

^That would be awesome. Although – and just spitballing here -- I think it may be difficult convincing Dave to use denim. As tough as IH denim is, no denim is made to last 100 years (per the warranty they extend on all their products). Would it be practical to line the interior of the bag with denim? I know it wouldn't wipe down as easily, or be near a stiff as pigskin (which actually could have its benefits i.e. loosening up a bit sooner). I agree it would be great to incorporate denim somehow though.

a blanket lined version of the IHD 01 would be tasty. I get a ton of use out of my normal one, i can only imagine a winterized version would see just as much use.

an IH-526J-TALL (as in 26 1/2 to 27" sleeves)….. I'm still not able to except that me and this Type III were not meant to be together forever.
