We're going to make them at about 36 anyway and yes silver rivets, no probs.

Haraki assures me that the waist will be TTS (like their 634S Daddy).  Length will be about 36" (which can be shortened in the factory - but as that will happen after the overdying process - you are likely to lose the roping on the hem).  All other dimensions as per 634S.  G

Damn, i need a shorter inseam, say around 33. But this is my first pair of iron heart, and if I get the wrong size, I wont be able to exchange for another pair.  😞

I wear a skulls 5010xx in size 36 (waist measures 37 according to selfedge). It started off to be a little tight at the waist. It stretches really alot, and now im able to remove the jeans without unbuttoning.

I know i should go for a 36 in 634S too. Everywhere esle is fine, but Imm really paranoid about getting a waist (35.5inch for Size 36) that wont fit me.

My advice (any other pearls of wisdom out there?) is to get them hemmed a tad longer than you would normally have your jeans finished to.  The nature of the thick denim means that the creases behind the knee do not drape as much as punier denim, which means that the leg below the knee tends to rise a bit.  And in my opinion, a jeans that is a tad too long is wearable, a jean that is too short isnt.

you'll be fine in the 36…you could probably even go for a 35 , the waist will stretch out anyways, but 36 is safe ...

I would assume that the same process will still give you a slightly different outcome..different denim types - sanforized and non sanforized - in other words - one cotton thread might soak up more of the color than another one.
Seriously - the od stuff is so next level, I can barely remember wearing regular blue jeans…
