Have had them almost a year now but you are correct approx 3-4mons wear. Hot soaked once about 3weeks ago

They did a bit. I didnt do any measurements(stupid, i know) but def felt a bit tighter. I did a really hot soak tho. Hottest tap water plus a huge pot of boiling water too. If u thought these bastards were stiff when new, pffffff they are ridiculous after a hang dry dude

I don't think I'll ever wash them, or if I do it will be room temp water

Think mine are going into the wash at the end of the month (just over two months wear). Seul keeps cautioning that the cotton is brittle until they see water. Hoping that will delay the inevitable crotch blowout.

Only after a wash or two would I recommend not washing them for an extended length of time… But we've discussed this before... You wear your pair, I'll wear mine...

Seems pointless… At least make it a 45' soak with some agitation... Don't worry about the shrinkage: it's minimal... It does take a fair bit longer to stretch back to "pre-soak" measurements, but that was my experience after a machinewash… Probs less shrinkage with a soak...

But why would it matter a 5 min soak or 45 if your saying to just get the fibers wet so they don't break

Pour some water on them right now and tell me what happens. Thats why 5mins is pointless lol. I decided to hot soak mine after 2mons because of what Seul and some others were saying anout premature crotch blowout(hehe). These are so saturated with indigo that i doubt the first 50 washes would put a dent in them anyway. (well maybe not 50 but u get what im saying)

I washed my sexi13 5 times and it made a huge difference, they were totally way lighter blue

Ok, fine. I guess I'll have to be the Guinea Pig, i won't wash for as Lon as possible and we will see what happens then we can compaire
