For those who jumped on the last special orders bandwagon, the uppers are currently being sewn.  Given Christmas and new Year it is difficult to be definitive about completion date….

Are you guys working directly with Brett?  If so how does that work?

My first order with Viberg got a bit messed up (they missed an email I sent changing sole choice) and the solutions given to me by the staff don't make a lot of sense (wear out the incorrect sole and send back for a 1/2 price resole).  They were super nice on the phone when I ordered and I'm sure they're good people, but the communication has been tough and has stopped since they emailed me the proposal for the 1/2 price resole.

I'd like to order another pair (and get this pair sorted out) but I'm a little worried now.  On the up side, they shoes they sent are absolutely killer (oxfords) and now I want some service boots.

Sorry my question was how does one go about working directly with Brett.  I'm sure he is a great guy and my post was in no way slamming anybody.  The shoes they sent me are next level, just with the wrong sole.

Yea that email works…I emailed him two days ago and he responded almost immediately.  The inquires email on the other hand.....I have been waiting 4 days already to hear back from that.

Jason is a good guy; I dealt with him exclusively when I was ordering my pair, and he was always quick to respond.  Like Nate said, though, they are super busy these days, so contact is erratic.

I'm waiting on a build price from Jason right now for my next pair . But I know he'll get around to it.
Is it wrong I haven't even finished ordering my second pair and I'm already day dreaming up a third?

JSJ (or anyone who can help)-  I know this is an amateur question – so I apologize ahead of time -- but how did you configure those customization options?  You can't build something like that in their "Custom Boot Builder."  I am assuming you just contacted Viberg directly, but, even so, how did you know what was at your disposal?  Was it purely picture research?  Beautiful build by the way.

I ordered the boondockers build like the StyleForum group was trying to do. They had the same build in my size already made, with brown thread instead of white, which I actually preferred. Since they didn't have to go through the factory he hooked me up a little. The normal price on them is $665.
