IH-816 - 17oz Duck Work Pants

i really dig them, first pair of pants ive worn thats not jeans in 8+ years. feels weird to not have the pockets where i'm used to, and being a person who puts their wallet in the left rear pocket makes me want to get a different wallet to wear with these (not the IH-MW) but we'll see when i can justify a new wallet to wear with one pair of pants. ha.

i'd say pick em up if you want, they're rad!

i'm headed to miami to work art basel on weds and am so looking forward to using these down in the warmer weather. although they're 17oz it feels so light compared to 17oz denim, it breathes much better too i think. they're damn light and super comfortable! they look damn good with a pair of white chucks at that!

i want to pick up the navy pair, and may just have to do so!

just purchased a pair but having some conflicting thoughts.  on the devil's duck thread someone mentioned that this material shrinks and does not give back.  should i have upped one because i wash more often than most?  i went exactly TTS.

Material stretches, shrinks a bit in a wash, but then stretches back again… Don't worry... Very flexible stuff. TTS = definitely a perfect choice mate.

ah okay I got this, nah they are tts, they don't shrink and they don't stretch much.  Get your size go up one size for urban and down one for fitted.

Just got these back from the tailor.  When my wife picked them up, he started telling her how it was such a nice fabric, and asking how heavy it was and if it was waterproof.

Hem job is pretty good too.
