1st Engineer Boots - Red Wing or Chippewa?

I wish Red Wing would list everything they make on their website (unless I missed it). Those are much nicer than the models listed on the American heritage site.

well….yes and no...

Chips are fine, and if these are your first engineers...start with those, and move on upwards. Everybody needs at least 2 pairs of engineers in their life. They're boots not just ankle high shoes with laces ( I'm still stumbled that ankle high shoes with laces are called boots);)

If I'm not mistaken chippewa's are the original engineer boots. Just saying.
