It was a really nice surprise to see that it was a better fit than the raw devils and the 25oz is really nice. I need to decide on these, the MegaBusters, or go crazy and do both. Full time student working part time doesn't leave me with a huge budget for my denim habit.

every pair of denim starts to fade when it's used. Even if it is not visuable from the beginning.

I understand that, my 4002 25oz is worn 5 months with minimal fade but that's how I like it! Gotta put the work in. I was jury surprised those were washed multiple times

Exactly what I think in the meantime. It is of course great to have a shredded looking pair. But I don't have hard feelings, if I have to toss my denim in the washer whenever it is needed, or I feel like.

I don't mind when people wash them alot, I just like mine to get that nice bio-sheen from hardly ever washing, then when you do wash the fade comes out. The prob with putting the 25oz. In the washer they get all messed up and creased in weird spots

there are fades on my ass and my crotch. not very obvious though. nope i only washed it twice, 1 hand, 1 machine, over a period of 7-8 months.

well its all personal opinion. for me, i used to think that way. but IJ was right about the hygiene issue and now i wash my jeans almost monthly if i wear them often. probably like after 25 wears for that month and i'll chuck them into the washing machine and wash.

haven't tried handwash cos I'm too lazy to do that. i'll just turn them inside-out and throw them inside the washing machine at no spin, 44deg and pour some body wash liquid soap then go to sleep and the next day i'll take them out of the washing machine and hang them to dry. usually takes 1-2 days to dry. anyway the fades will eventually come with wear. so nothing to worry about.
