alright well, i figured i'd come clean and plead guilty to being the culprit.
i bought the last of IHVB-01s! i couldn't help myself with the sale you guys had going on.
i was so nervous that 9.5UK was going to be too small, but they fit like a glove (i'm 10.5/11US depending on what shoe usually.)
all i can say so far about the boots is that they're the highest quality boots i've ever owned or handled.
i felt like it was christmas when the parcel arrive, my wife couldn't help make fun of me.
while i'm posting, i might as well introduce myself, i'm a photographer hailing from the east coast of canada so expect lots of evo picks of these boots and my jeans.
i've only got two pairs of jeans so far (IH666S & IH666Sod) but I plan on getting a pair of the 666 25oz for the winter and a pair of 301s for when i'm feeling like a rock star.
also plan on picking up a few shirts down the road. oh and that aero jacket is soo tempting, but my wife would murder me.
just gotta say, IH… you've ruined my opinion on any other denim comanpy.
i've owned levi, a.p.c., flat head, samurai, and naked & famous, but none match iron heart in their badassness lol. tho, samurai and FH are some high quality jeans in their own way.
anyway, i'm rambling but it's nice to finally be joining the forum. long time lurker, first time poster!

Welcome mr.dead!.. Just one little comment: the 666-XHS fits a tad wider than the 666S and 666od… Pretty sure you know this, but I just wanna make sure you do your homework!.. They are absolutely recommendable though... Holy cow are they ever so fucking brilliant...

Very welcome…....Most things won't get through an IH/Aero, so you should be fairly safe....

thanks for the welcome everyone! i've looked at the 666XHS, but not thoroughly yet.
it's kinda confusing, but my 666Sod's are 33's and my 666S are 30's.
not that i'd recommend that much of a size gap though!
the Sod's stretch out a lot over time and i lost some weight after buying the jeans so if I were to buy again I would most likely order 32's or maybe 31's.also, giles… i'd be all over the aero jacket, but i just got a new Schott Perfecto through Barney's and probably won't be able to get another jacket for at least a few months.
I hope you guys keep working with aero though, top notch leathers. -
