          Whoa!! Never seen those 4561's before. I really like that colour contrast. Its subtle but such an integral part of the look at the same time.

              Totally agree. I'm split between the 1907 and the 877 as the defining boot of the brand.

                    I'll probably use some Obenaufs on them when required, they're still pretty new at the moment, only a couple of weeks old, straight out of the box in the pic.

                    I just prefer the smell of Obenaufs to Mink Oil to be honest!

                      I've had my 1907's for over a year now and I don't use any oil on them at all. Great boots.

                                            nice.  how was the break in?  any irritation on the vamp area?  I always struggle with low top shoes that require break in (basically anything other than a Nike) because the area where the laces are puts pressure on my foot and its almost painful for like 2 weeks until my foot and the shoe break each other in.
