maybe a silly question but after i soak a pair of jeans do i try to get out excess water in any way or should i just lay em soaking wet?

I just hang mine right out of the water.

Whatever you do, don't try to twist and wring out the denim like a towel. It'll put weird creases and stretching into the jeans

I know violence is not the answer, I got it wrong on purpose

hey, so i just bought my first pair of beatle buster back in 1st of August. the sales person advised to soak them before wearing, but he also mentioned that my pair was raw sanforized. so is there any need to do a first soak?
wore them for 2 weeks everyday, and it was AWESOME

No need for a soak mate (assuming they're the standard Beatles, not the raw model). Wear and enjoy.

Do you know the exact model?

If it is sanforized no need for soaking them!…but it seems someones answers were faster!;)

Yes, sanforised and one-washed.  No soak or wash needed….Just wear the shit out of them....

funny thing, when i first bought them, i immediately change and wore them (yeah i was that excited). I happen to own a pair of hairy legs….. and the denim was so tough, that it twirls every hair on my leg with every steps or move that i made. it hurts like hell, and i had tiny red spots all over my leg... just to show how sick is Ironheart's heavyweight denim

So, is it recommended to size down in the 634S and allow for waist stretch?

My BB (21oz) are tagged 32, a true 31 waist, and have been quite roomy in the waist from the start. If I were to buy a pair of 634S in 30 and allow for stretch to my true size (prob around 30.5), the other dimensions would be pretty similar to the BB and not the straight fit intended. Better to just wear a belt, right?

You will get 1-2 inches of stretch out of the 634S.

If I go TTS and add no pressure I get an inch of stretch.  I have gone two sizes down and got 2 inches (they were a returned pair of jeans that I could not sell, so I thought I'd experiment)

Thanks Giles. I suspect I may have sized-up in the BB, but I love the fit. Would feel like a leap of faith to take a 30w in the 634S though, haha.
