i got anal about taking detailed notes on what happened in the progression of my Sams. at this same time i did the opposite with my dukes and they have much more subtle fading and seem like a perfect whatever denim. those too are also not in commission ATM.

i dont cuff AT ALL when the denim hasnt settled yet. if the denim settles like that, whenever you do decide to cuff its gonna have a very pronounced line across where you cuff and if it fades its gonna look kinda  :-\ so i would cuff, but only after the denim settles a bit. maybe like 2 weeks wear. but with white shoes, cuff.
