The "no noogies" one makes me wonder how many times the authorities had to stop noogies in progress before someone said, "hey, we should get a sign telling people not to do that."
Kinda reminds me of one of my favorite signs; in the Flagstaff, AZ bus station attached to the face of the main clock was a sign that said, "yes, this is the correct time." I always wondered how many people asked anyway…
