Aaaah Israel!.. Lotsa pics of Jewish girls whilst at it ey!..
You make it sound, like I am going there for the chicks!
which is, of course totally true
-
No shame in that…
-
EmceeQ I don't think there is a better person to do WT's than u buddy
-
Emcee, you need to give HOT DOUGS a try. The best dog I've ever had. Doug is a super cool guy who was at the forefront against Chicago's war on foie gras.
Hot Doug's has been on my list for a while. Last few times I've been in Chicago I haven't had the time to make it out there. If I make it out this summer Hot Doug's will be a definite stop. Just the idea of that foie gras dog has me all hot and bothered…
and thanks DD!
Plans for the weekend have been decided too. Colorado and the U.P. were both just tossed out the window (for the time being anyway). I'm headed to Ephraim, WI to visit a friend. It's supposed to be one of the nicest areas on that side of Lake Michigan...

Friday if u add EmceeQ's passion and ur demographic that equals EPIC FEKKIN WT

Had an impromptu trip to Ann Arbor last night to see one of my friends off to Maine for the rest of the summer.
Tried to grab a bunch of pics for you FurattoHeddo, but I didn't make it around to much of the town so there will be more next time I'm there!
Rollin in…
Is that what I think it is?
Why yes, that is the wiener mobile…
Grabbed dinner at Blimpy Burger, an Ann Arbor institution…
You can just feel the greese inside this place…
Had this monster. 4 patties, salami, bacon, egg, pepper, onion, mushroom, and tomato. My life may be a few years shorter now…
South Quad, one of the University of Michigan dorms…
The law school…
One of the Museums on campus. There are so many trees in Ann Arbor that it's sometimes hard to get pictures of the shorter buildings…
I believe this is the UM Presidents office
More of campus…
Working our way through town…
Passing a stretch of bars that we hit up later in the evening…
My friend's apartment…
and his neighbors…
Hung out at my friends for a bit tryin to contemplate ways to beat the heat. The low last night was 80°F (26°C)…
Left Ann Arbor this morning at 6:30 in a state of hungover exhaustion to make it back in time for work. It's gonna be a long day…

Love the updates Emcee.

Whelp, with my last major update I fulfilled the one real goal I had while doing the World Tour. Getting these things out to spend some time with one of the Great Lakes. While there is tons of stuff I love about Michigan the Great Lakes are one of those things that make it truly special. Something about bodies of freshwater that you can't see the opposite shore of is breathtaking. Not to mention the awesome beaches, cliffs, and the variety of ecosystems surrounding them.
Without further ado…
Heading out of Michigan and on my way to Ephraim, Wisconsin...
Getting ready for some heavy Chicago traffic…
At least I got to see the skyline…
Getting gas just off the highway in the middle of now where…
After grabbin some pizza for dinner we headed on down to one of the smaller parks in the area…
For a great view of Lake Michigan…
Got up bright and early to hit up one of the popular local breakfast joints…
Enjoyed some killer breakfast burritos with fresh veggies and homemade goat cheese
Evidence of the WT's in Wisconsing…
Spent that day doing some hiking at Whitefish Dunes state park. First order of business, get down to the lake…
and work our way over to walk along that beach…
gotta just love the feeling of sand between your toes. Fairly recently a 100 year old wreck was found not too far off this beach. A bunch of archeologists were out there diving that day to record everything associated with the wreck. It's estimated that there are around 3000 shipwrecks in Lake Michigan.
Made our way up to one of the lookouts for an incredible view of the surrounding forest…
and Lake Michigan in the distance…
Started on through the forest…
As a remnant of old logging practices, large groupings of trees were planted in strict rows. Walking around in these areas now can get somewhat disorienting…
Starting to head on our way back to the lake shore to see Cave Point…
The rock formations were just beautiful…
Not to mention how pretty the water was just below the cliffs…
In some spots it almost became a Caribbean blue…
Spotted some kayakers while sitting on the cliffs…
This should give you a sense of just how huge the lakes really are…
Walked along the point while the tide was out. Another fun fact is that the Great Lakes actually have considerable tides!
Someone got busy staking some rocks…
We eventually hopped back in the car to head back into one of the nearby towns for a snack and some beer. We had some fried cheese curds, a Wisconsin essential, at a bar where Al Capone spent a lot of his time…
Saw the Door County public transport…
and my dream car…
For dinner that night we went out and had some Swedish Pancakes…
Afterwards, it was more beer while listening to some terrible Jimmy Buffet covers. At least it was entertaining…
I'm extremely jealous of the view my friend has out her front door
The bay is just gorgeous…
Head a fantastic breakfast before headin back home to Michigan…
Stopped in Kalamazoo on my back to grab some food and drink with my friends. Gotta love cheap pizza…
Hopped over to a nearby bar to play some ping pong…
Stopped by Bell's real quick that night too…
After this we went out to a field to celebrate the recent legalization of fireworks here in Michigan. Getting ready to shoot some roman candles…
and they're off…
Left there early this morning with coffee and donuts to make it back just in time for work…
I'm now spending my last day in the jeans. Gonna grab one last fit after work today, then it's time for a wash and dry before sending them off to corporalclegg…
Can't wait for Triple Works world tour. I'm planning to get those guys up to Lake Superior, the most pristine and IMO beautiful of the Great Lakes.
-
Never expected water that clear in one of the Great Lakes. Beautiful updates…
-
Thanks guys! and Chris it all comes down to location. Plenty of spots with crystal clear water in the northern portions of the Great Lakes
Got one last fit in these bad boys…
And some pre-wash pics…
They're currently out back drying. Post wash pics tomorrow…
Gonna miss these jawns. They fit me great and are so soft and comfortable
Now to get my hands on some 634S's...
-
Thanks for a fantastic WT leg, emceeQ - loved it.
