So, the Heavy Selvedge Chambray Quilted Western Shirts are on their way.  I expect to receive these mid next week.

Very excited, a really cool Haraki-san spin on a classic shirt.

Just unpacked them.  Have noticed a subtle difference between The quilted and the non-quilted.  The non-quilted have matt white centred snaps and a button at the collar, the quilted have shiny faux mother of pearl centred snaps all the way up the placket including the collar.  Photos later, when we have finished shipping shit loads of stuff.

i didnt want to clutter up the wonderful FBJ-101 thread with a question concerning this product….

but lets say the kansas guy takes the XL and you no longer have any XL Blacks, is it possible to ask the rising sun if they have any XL's in black in stock or does that only work with the continuing jeans and jean orders like a 634s with silver rivets for example? Would there be any way for you to get the XL if it does sell out?

The rising sun has none.  I have his stock list on my PC, so I know what he has in stock (give or take) at any one time.

hey giles, i have a favor to ask of you….

Do you think we can do a hold on that Blue XL and if the kansas guy does not pick up the black xl, can we please switch the hold to the Black one and i'll wait to place the order when the FBJ-101 comes in? i really really like that damn shirt and i am hoping to any and every celestial being that i can get my hands on that Black shirt, but if it doesnt happen, i still really like that damn shirt, so i am willing to take the Indigo, even if its not my first choice. that said, do you think we can arrange this please?? thanks

Yep, I can see his stock-list.  It's sometimes a little out of date, but it gives me a good idea of what is in stock and when he production runs are scheduled for.
The XL in Indigo is put aside for you "just in case"

No need.  It is sanforised and already soaked.  If you want to set you own deep creases, you may want to, jsut so you can put it on damp.  I don't bother.  G
