JUst received my pair of Beckmans for Jcrew and I seriously feel like they look like a pair of timberlands.  Abit disappointed in these.  Thought they would be more sturdy but instead they are bending all over the place   FEKK MEE NO RETURNS

Sal they need some time to break in and you will love em if you have patience. Did you sized down or went TTS? I have the brown one, is very elegant but hard enough to take whatever comes :-). The shoe is nice to dress up or down depending on your outfit.

I might be overreacting these are the pair i bought new off ebay ..I'll take some fit pics in a bit.  What kind of laces do u have Davito?  Mine are the ones in the pic…I think the guy replaced the original laces because these laces are pretty cheap.  My nail got caught on one of them and now I have a pull in them.  Im gonna mess around with them to see how im gonna wear them.  Can u post some pics of u wearing urs so I can see what urs look like with clothes

I went true to size only because they were bought on ebay and they were only $190.  They are a size 12 which is my normal boot size

Not sure how im gonna wear em yet…should i leave the laces loose or tight

Sal my original laces look kinda same, just replace. I went down half a size but TTS is OK, you can wear it even with a thick sock. I will post some pix asap man. Yep like Seul writes wear em hard and enjoy mate

Yea thats what these should have came with.  Jcrew has these for sale with waxed laces.  The seller def replaced the laces.  He also gave me one leather lace.. a lot thats gonna help me…Ah whatever i'll go out and grab some new laces.

if you like to wear it the old NYC hardcore style wear em loose I prefer boots like that tight but its of course personal preference

Yup I saw those on ebay for a greatr price but they were 10.5's  I would have liked those more because of their shiny leather and amazing color

Thanks BH..The cool thing about these is the distressed leather look of them.  I think with a lil wear & tear they will turn out pretty nice.
