Question to all!! If you had a max of 600 dollars to spend on only 1 pair of jeans. OTHER THAN iron heart, because I have a few pairs already and wanna try something else, to mix it up..which pair would you buy?? Any and all suggestion welcome, please explain why if you have time..
I should add, I already own flathead 3009, and ROY's presently
There's a pair I have in mind but I wanna here what anyone has to say first

The new Samurai S5000AI 24oz. But that's just me.

I wouldn't go nearly to $600- the pair I'd buy would be the Oni 211. Super loose weave, irregular, slubby yarn and just an unusual pair of jeans. Nothing else interests me right now, unless you up the budget to the truly absurd $700 mark. Then I'd get the Oni Shoai natural indigo jeans. Basically the same as above, just with natural indigo and some cooler details.
EDIT: I should be clear- I wouldn't spent $600 of my own money on any pair of jeans. Not unless I suddenly have a winning lottery ticket, that is. Anything north of $400 is pushing my emotional barrier.

How do they compair with pbj ai-002

don't buy any jeans nerk, put the money away & appreciate the denim you have now. when your current rotation is beat to sh!t invest in a new pair.
although i have a stock pile of sh!t, if i could do it over i would buy less & appreciate more. having too much stuff kind of makes you numb or desensitized to the beauty of the denim goods & the craftsmanship which goes into them.

No idea. Never seen or touched a pair of PBJs in reality. I'd love to try a pair of them, but I have big thighs and none of PBJ's models seem like they would fit well. I'd totally dig a pair of the Purple Faces, though.

Not sure when they come out, you can check the Samurai site for info or keep an eye on Blue and Green.
They did an AI in 24 oz., not sure how they compare with the PBJ's - don't have a pair. These will be pricey
but I love heavy weight denim so I'll be looking to add these to my collection. -
Only reason I got the 666-XHS'es is because it came to 350 in €…
Yeah, luckily for me, anything over the IH 21oz has no chance of being wearable in Houston weather, so I didn't even consider those (or those heavyweight Samurai you like, Blackheart
)

This advice is the best you could give and quite wise, unfortunately, I am a sick person with impulse controll problems and buying shit makes me feel good(perceived) in reality your advice is how a normal person should live. Normal my be relative but "I ain't normal" either way

According to the exchange rate at the moment $788.98…Let's hope it stays in our favor!
