Its a one-off brown duck fabric from Self-Edge, released several years ago.  From what I've read, Giles was stocking the SE shirts for a time way back when.  It's made by Al's Attire.  Orange satin lined yoke, satin lined cuffs, vintage buttons, snap pockets and snap sleeves (the snap on the forearm beneath the cuff).  I've been wearing it as a shirt, but thanks to Simon and ChuckDenim's fitpics, I've decided I like it better as a jacket/overshirt.
