@Licorice:
Thanks Gents. The summer is gonna tear them up.
If you don't mind me asking - how do you get your jeans looking like that? You do some kind of manual labour for a living?
I know people say "wear your jeans hard" but this takes it to a new level!
was thinking the same. construction site came to mind but I didn't ask in my previous post cos some might find it sensitive in talking about their job and etc.
anyway the other 2 that he was selling looked fantastic. not sure if it's sold or not but those deserve a frame to display it at full glory imho.

I'm a maintenance man at a 250 unit apartment complex. It's on like 10 acres and we have to walk everywhere. Between landscaping, drywall, painting and work orders, They get pretty beat.

Ok I think im gonna jump into these because the 18oz are out of stock in the size i need My fav fitting jeans were tagged 33 but measured 17.4 or 34.8 in the waist. They are now stretched to about 17.6. SHould I go with the 33's or the 34's in the 666 XHS. This might be a silly question and I know there are obvious thickness and quality differences between the 18oz Devils and the 25oz Devils but in fading and overall end result which of these has better potential & why. Looking at the pics of each the 25 oz looks darker & isnt slubby looking. Me seriously not knowing if slubby or hairy means better potential in fade & aging qualities. Also considering these are sanfornized should II soak them before wearing &have these pre hemmed with my initial order on IH down to say a 34.5 from 37? I naturally wear 32in inseam as I am 6ft tall.
Thanks for any knowledge and answers

Hey Dirty Denim.
The 666 XHS hardly stretches except from waist, compared to the 666s which i think is to loose in the weaving, resulting in a baggy but fit
I would def go for the XHS in a size 33 waist. Compared to Grim Tim the 666 aren´t that slim, so if you choose 34 you may feel to baggy, and after all if being to small in the waist, you just take a deeeep breath….........
When it comes to fading, my experience is that the XHS is harder to break in compared to 666s, but i really like the XHS because they can be soaked and even washed in wool program (without spin cycle) without loosing that much indigo.
Be aware that the 666XHS are really hard to stretch in the thighs compared to Nudie.Enjoy

Thanks a lot Colour Ghost, Would u compare the fit on the 666XHS or 666 to say a Diesel Safado or a Levi 505? I am trying to picture and get an idea of how they will fit on me.

Dirty D.
If you choose size 33 my guess is that the 666 are slimmer compared to the diesel and levis.
Go measure some of your best choice jeans and compare it with the 666.
My 666 XHS size 33 measured after 3 month of almost constant wear.
Waist : 44,5 cm
Thighs : 31,2As an alternative to the 666 - the SEX13 -23 OZ (from selfedge) - almost the same fit but you have to size down to 31 waist. They are a little more tight and with a lower front and backrise, and of course indigo colored stitching, and a slightly darker denim with a purple cast (glow/shine)….well love these jeans to.
Enjoy
